The rooms have modern bathrooms and good Wi-Fi, and there are plenty of goodies for breakfast, plus it's in a marvelous and stunning location with nearby parking and excellent services available.

Ending our trip at this venue was fantastic, the building and rooms were charming with a beautiful view, conveniently located near eateries and bars, just a short 5-minute walk to downtown.

The breakfast was decent and the staff was friendly. The hotel’s location was perfect for getting around the city to do some last-minute Christmas shopping. Plus, having the option of laundry service and cozy blankets was a nice touch to make the stay more comfortable.

The room was a bit cramped for two people and there was hardly any air circulation, which made it difficult to relax and enjoy our stay. we were disappointed to find out that there was no hot water and that the parrot kept in the hotel seemed to be in poor health, which made us uncomfortable.

The breakfast at this place was fantastic and the place was clean, the room was quiet, well-decorated, and had a comfortable bed with a beautiful backyard view.

The hotel is clean and great value. Its location is marvelous, so close to all the restaurants at the end of Santander. It's near everything - restaurants, markets, shops, the lake, and Guatemala City and Antigua. The breakfast offered a wide array of food, and everything was great.
